EaseHawk Technologies Private Limited ("EaseHawk", "we", "us") operates easehawk.com. This policy explains what personal information we handle, how, and your rights. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is EaseHawk Technologies Private Limited, WeWork India, DLF Forum, Cybercity Phase III, Gurugram, HR 122002, India. For anything in this policy: info@easehawk.com.

2. What we collect, and how

  • Enquiry & application details you send us. Our website forms open your own email application pre-addressed to us — meaning the information (name, email, company, message, and for job applications your portfolio link, notice period and experience) reaches us as an email you choose to send. We do not capture form data silently in the background.
  • Direct communications. Emails, calls and bookings you make with us (bookings run on Calendly — see section 5).
  • Website assistant. The on-site chat assistant currently answers from a script stored inside the page itself; your messages to it are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers. If we later connect it to a live AI service, this policy will be updated before that change goes live.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard server data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations. If and when we add analytics, this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated first.

3. Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry — our standing commitment is a substantive reply within one business day;
  • To evaluate job applications and respond to every applicant;
  • To perform and manage client engagements (governed additionally by the contracts and NDAs for that engagement);
  • To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

4. What we do not do

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not use client engagement data to train AI models; engagement data stays inside the engagement.
  • We do not send marketing to people who merely visited the website.

5. Third parties we rely on

Google Fonts (typefaces), cdnjs (a code library on some pages), Calendly (if you book a call), LinkedIn (if you follow our links), and video platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo (if you play films on our portfolio page). Each processes data under its own privacy policy when you interact with it.

6. Retention

Enquiries and applications are kept as long as needed for the purpose you contacted us — typically up to 24 months for business enquiries and 12 months for applications unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or an engagement or law requires longer.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location — including under India's DPDP Act, the GCC's data protection frameworks such as Saudi Arabia's PDPL, and the EU/UK GDPR — you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Write to info@easehawk.com; we respond within one business day and resolve requests without undue delay.

8. Security & transfers

We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures, and limit access to those who need it. As a company delivering across the GCC, India, North America, the UK and APAC, information may be processed in these regions with appropriate safeguards.

9. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes affecting active enquiries will be communicated directly.

10. Grievance Officer & how to reach us

[FOUNDER: appoint the Grievance Officer and confirm the contact mailbox before publication. This section is required for compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.]
