Client engagements are governed by their own signed agreements, statements of work and NDAs — those documents prevail over these Site terms for engagement matters.

The Site is provided for information about EaseHawk's services, products and work. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it for unlawful purposes.
2. Our content and marks
All Site content — text, design, graphics, films, the EaseHawk name and hawk marks, and product names including MoxSuite, MoxSend, MoxCRM, MoxQuote, MoxFinance, MoxCampus and MoxRev — belongs to EaseHawk or its licensors. Client names and marks shown belong to their respective owners and appear in reference to delivered work. You may not reproduce Site content commercially without written permission.
3. Case studies and figures
Case studies describe specific delivered engagements. Figures such as automation percentages relate to those specific clients and contexts; they are historical results, not promises of outcomes for any other engagement.
4. The website assistant
The on-site chat assistant provides general information from a scripted knowledge base. It cannot quote prices, form contracts or make commitments on EaseHawk's behalf; only written agreements signed by EaseHawk do that.
5. Third-party links and services
Links to Calendly, LinkedIn, video platforms and other third parties are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. No warranties; limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, EaseHawk disclaims warranties regarding the Site and will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from Site use. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
